If a parent/caregiver has a concern about any school issue they should approach the class teacher in the first instance. If the parent remains dissatisfied then the Principal should be contacted and an appointment made to see him. The Board of Trustees should be contacted only if matters cannot be resolved with either classroom teachers or the school Principal.
Please refer to the complaints policy for details. Ensure that in the event of an incident that may result in a parental complaint that the Principal or teacher is notified as soon as possible.
