If a parent/caregiver has a concern about any school issue they should approach the class teacher in the first instance. If the parent remains dissatisfied then the Principal should be contacted and an appointment made to see her. The Board of Trustees should be contacted only if matters cannot be resolved with either classroom teachers or the school Principal.
